Welcome to Momentum Driving Academy. By booking a lesson or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. These terms govern your use of Momentum Driving Academy’s website and services.

1.2. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1. All lessons must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

2.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2.3. We accept payments via [Stripe, credit cards].

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1. Student Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

• If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the lesson fee will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2. No-Shows:

• If a student fails to attend a lesson without prior notice, no refund will be given.

3.3. Instructor Cancellations:

• If an instructor needs to cancel a lesson, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.

3.4. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Lesson Policies

4.1. Students must have a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license before the first lesson.

4.2. Students must be physically and mentally fit to drive. If an instructor believes a student is unfit (e.g., under the influence of drugs or alcohol), the lesson may be canceled with no refund.

4.3. Our instructors reserve the right to stop a lesson if they believe it is unsafe to continue.

5. Liability

5.1. Momentum Driving Academy and its instructors are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or legal violations incurred during or after lessons.

5.2. Students are responsible for following all local traffic laws.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will be used only for scheduling, payment processing, and communication.

6.2. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
